How does founding member pricing work?
Your rate is locked in at sign-up and never increases — even as we add features and raise prices for new customers. We onboard one agency at a time with dedicated support to make sure everything is set up right.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "seat"?
A seat is an active user who can log into the system and take calls. Admin and owner accounts that don't take calls don't count toward your seat limit.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No, included minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, you only pay for overage minutes you actually use.
