- How does founding member pricing work?
- Your rate is locked in at sign-up and never increases — even as we add features and raise prices for new customers. We onboard one agency at a time with dedicated support to make sure everything is set up right.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- What counts as a "seat"?
- A seat is an active user who can log into the system and take calls. Admin and owner accounts that don't take calls don't count toward your seat limit.
- Do unused minutes roll over?
- No, included minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, you only pay for overage minutes you actually use.
